Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will be charged the full fare.
